2011 Preview: Big 12

State of the Conference:
The Big 12's new round-robin schedule means that, like the PAC-12, the league has six more losses distributed out amongst the teams. However, unlike the PAC-12, the Big 12 has more good teams, and its bad teams are, well, really bad.

2010 Championship: Oklahoma def. Nebraska
2011 Champion Prediction: Oklahoma

Predicted Finishes:
1. Oklahoma (12-0, 9-0 Big12)
2. Texas A&M (9-3, 7-2 Big12)
3. Missouri (9-3, 6-3 Big12)
4. Oklahoma State (9-3, 6-3 Big12)
5. Texas (7-5, 5-4 Big12)
6. Texas Tech (7-5, 5-4 Big12)
7. Baylor (6-6, 4-5 Big12)
8. Kansas State (6-6, 4-5 Big12)
9. Iowa State (3-9, 1-8 Big12)
10. Kansas (1-11, 0-9 Big12)

Surprise Team: Baylor
Baylor will go to a bowl game for two years in a row. If you told someone that in 2003, that would count as a surprise.

Upset Alert: Kansas State over Miami
With the Hurricanes reeling from possible NCAA sanctions, the Wildcats just might go into Coral Gables and come out with a win. Then again, they might not.
For longer odds, go Baylor over TCU.
