Week 4 Predictions

Last Week's Record: 7-3
Overall Record: 20-10

Busy Week! Some great games on tap this weekend. The Thursday night game may be underwhelming, but Saturday offers some great matchups!

North Carolina 21 @ Georgia Tech 34
Preparing for Georgia Tech's unique option attack isn't a blessing. Just ask Kansas. The Yellow Jackets put up over SIX HUNDRED yards rushing against the Jayhawks, and over 750 all together. UNC's defense is a tad better than Kansas', but come on.

Arkansas 24 @ Alabama 28
Arkansas is the only team in the top 5 in both scoring offense and defense, but... they've played no one. Alabama's defense is stellar, but... they've played no one. This one will be decided on the other side of the ball, with the Hogs' improving D against the Crimson Tide's struggling offense. Alabama's at home, and they pull it out in the end.

Florida State 21 @ Clemson 31
UPSET SPECIAL! Florida State may not have its starting quarterback, and Clemson is always good at going 5-0 to start the season before collapsing at the end.

Colorado 10 @ Ohio State 20
Ohio State may have looked bad in its 24-6 loss to Miami, but Colorado is just... bad.

Kansas State 13 @ Miami FL 24
Miami is due for somewhat of a letdown after an emotional win last week, and this one will be close for a half, but Miami's D is simply too much for the Kittens.

Missouri 21 @ Oklahoma 38
Oklahoma doesn't lose at home. Ever.

LSU 30 @ West Virginia 21
I don't see how some experts are calling for a three-TD win for LSU... The Tigers will be lucky to score three touchdowns, period. Luckily they have one of the best defenses in the country.

Oregon 45 @ Arizona 28
Oregon has been rolling since the debacle against LSU, and Arizona gave it all it had last week in a loss to Stanford. Oregon pulls away in the third.

Southern Cal 28 @ Arizona State 35
Southern Cal will score points, but the pass defense in LA has been... poor to say the least. Arizona State may be coming off a loss at Illinois, but with the Trojans coming to Tempe, the Sun Devils will be on top of it. And the game.

Game of the Week!
Oklahoma State at Texas A&M
OSU O vs A&M D... The Aggies' defense has been stellar, shutting down both Idaho and SMU... But the OSU offense is a whole 'nother animal... OSU +2
OSU D vs A&M O... A&M's offense will have plenty of room to run through the Cowboy's porous D... A&M +3
Homefield Advantage... Kyle Field is one of the loudest stadiums in the country. A&M +1
The Verdict: A&M+2
The Prediction: A shootout in the last meeting ever (?) between the Cowboys and Aggies. This one will be entertaining from start to finish... Texas A&M 45, Oklahoma State 41.
